Job Description
1. Ensure Legal & MSPO Compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) standards and relevant laws.
- Support internal and external audits and help resolve any findings.
2. Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)
- Prepare and implement safety plans (HIRARC, SOPs, training, etc.).
- Conduct safety training and maintain proper records.
- Report and document accidents according to regulations.
3. Environmental Compliance
- Monitor and manage environmental impact (waste, emissions, water quality).
- Prepare Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and related reports.
- Coordinate environmental audits and inspections.
4. Regulatory Liaison
- Coordinate with government bodies (e.g. JKKP, NREB) for inspections and approvals.
- Update legal requirement registers with the latest regulations.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Attend meetings (OSH, ERCMC, MRM) and report on legal and safety matters.
- Maintain records for audits, inspections, trainings, and sustainability data submission.
- Any other ad-hoc task as and when necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Possess good communication, presentation and problem solving skill.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in MSPO certification standard.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
