Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise the team of nurses and caregivers
- Ensure compliance with nursing best practices, safety, and hygiene standards
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Coordinate with doctors, lactation consultants, and other specialists
- Provide hands-on support in handling high-needs mothers or babies
- Develop care plans and SOPs for postpartum care
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies or complications
- Maintain proper documentation and reports

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid APC (Annual Practicing Certificate)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Prior experience in maternity, obstetrics, or postnatal care is highly preferred
- Good leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese/Malay/English is an added advantage
- Passionate about maternal and newborn health
