Responsibilities
Strategic Client Relationship Management
• Provide consultative, solutions-focused advice and quality client servicing
• Independently drive and scale revenue from advertisers
• Establish and manage strong client relationships with both working level and senior client stakeholders and ability to influence at the C-level
• Lead collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders across product, marketing, legal, solutions engineering and client solutions to provide outsized value to clients
• Lead account planning process that aligns brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities
Product Management
• Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok media products to deliver measurable results for clients
• Serve as a strategic TikTok product consultant for clients, with the ability to spearhead client education on TikTok media products or properties and leverage different solutions creatively to unlock business outcomes for clients
• Analyze data and create actionable insights for clients and internal cross-functional teams
Campaign Planning and Management
• Facilitate clients’ ad campaigns from start to finish
• Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
• Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ business and problems
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
