Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of key clients including aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, beauty salons, medispas, and wellness centers.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, practitioners, and business owners to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing client needs, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Develop tailored business plans for each client to support product adoption, growth, and profitability.
- Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and consultative selling based on client goals and market trends.
Product & Service Promotion
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients on new launches, treatments, and equipment related to aesthetic and wellness applications.
- Keep clients informed on the latest industry trends, innovations, and promotional campaigns to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities, events, and campaigns targeting the aesthetics and wellness segment.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market shifts to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide regular feedback to management on client trends, needs, and product performance to inform business strategy.
- Support the development of pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies for key accounts.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of client activity, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports and strategic plans to internal stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales or key account management experience in the aesthetic, beauty, skincare, dermatology, or wellness industries.
- Experience managing high-value B2B clients and working in premium/luxury segments is highly preferred.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic reporting tools.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
