Position: Production Team Lead
Location: Jalan Mandolin, Shah Alam Premier Industrial Park
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Subject to operational needs)
Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM4,000 (Based on experience)
Requirements:
- Race: Chinese (Must be able to read and speak Mandarin)
- At least SPM qualification
- Experience in factory/production roles is preferred
- Familiar with soldering, assembly, or packaging processes is an added advantage
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering on electronic components with precision
- Assemble components/products according to work orders or instructions
- Package finished products with correct labeling and standards
- Conduct visual inspection and quality control of products
- Operate and maintain basic manufacturing machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with team and supervisors to meet production targets
- Handle inventory, prepare shipments, and assist with loading/unloading containers
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor
- Able to attend outstation training for a duration of 3 to 6 months. (if required)

- 与团队及主管配合，达成生产目标
- 管理库存，准备货物出货，协助装卸集装箱
- 愿意执行主管指派的其他相关任务
- 若有需要，需能接受外派培训 3 至 6 个月
