Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, parcels, and other correspondence efficiently
- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk, ensuring they are hosted appropriately and directed to the relevant department
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office at all times
- Monitor and record inventory levels for company items such as uniforms, stationery, groceries, and meeting room bookings
- Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch schedules
Requirement
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
