Job Description
We are looking for ambitious individuals to join us as Junior Sales Executives. This role is suitable for those who are motivated, eager to learn, and want to build a long-term career path.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face sales and marketing activities to represent our clients.
- Engage and communicate effectively with customers, answering questions and providing product information.
- Work in a team environment to meet campaign goals and sales targets.
- Take part in training sessions to improve skills in sales, coaching, and leadership.
- Support in guiding and developing new team members as you grow in your role.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: SPM or equivalent (Diploma/degree holders are encouraged to apply as well).
- No prior experience needed — training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment.
