Tingkat Valley is looking for a creative and passionate Junior Content Creator to join our marketing team. You’ll be the storyteller behind our resort’s online presence — capturing the beauty of our nature escape, highlighting guest experiences, and bringing our brand to life across social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot & Edit Content – Capture high-quality photos and videos of our resort, facilities, events, and guests (with permission). Edit them for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
- Social Media Management – Plan, organize, and schedule posts using a content calendar for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Community Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to build a friendly, welcoming online community.
- Trend Spotting & Idea Generation – Research social media trends and brainstorm fresh, creative content ideas that match Tingkat Valley’s brand voice and seasonal promotions.
- Event Coverage – Document resort events, activities, and special packages for promotional use.
- Basic Copywriting – Write engaging captions and short descriptions for posts.
Requirements
- Basic experience in content creation and editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools is a plus).
- Familiar with social media content creation and posting on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Creative eye for visuals and detail-oriented in editing.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related fields preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing software or mobile editing apps.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
- Ability to write short, impactful captions.
- Experience with hospitality or tourism-related content is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700 – RM2,000 per month
