- Preparing food and beverages according to appropriate procedures
- Respond to orders, questions, and complaints from customers in a polite and efficient manner
- Handle cash and credit card payments with appropriate payment handling procedures
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Proper care and routine maintenance of all tools and equipment.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
Job Requirement
- Candidate may possess at least SPM level
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Ability to read and speak in Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willing to work on shift including Public Holidays
