Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide personalized jewelry recommendations
- Share expert product knowledge and styling tips
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service
- Follow up and assist customers both online & in-store
- Learn about diamonds & fine jewelry from industry experts
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a premium work environment
- Maintain a strong understanding of current jewelry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Pleasant appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fine jewelry and luxury customer service
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewelry (GIA certification is an advantage)
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods
- Customer-focused, with the ability to handle client needs professionally and discreetly
- Fluent in Mandarin & English
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (Replacement leave provided)
- Fresh graduates are welcome! No experience needed – we’ll train you!
