Job description
- Passionate in delivering good customer service to our community of Wanderlust + Co brand fans
- Provide professional advice for customer based on their preferences
- Share product knowledge and handle customer inquiries
- Work in a team to achieve sales targets
- Store upkeep and stock take when required
Qualifications Needed:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Associate, experience with jewellery and piercing is a plus
- Friendly communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
- Customer-service oriented
- Positive and a team player
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
