Salary: Up to RM11,000 (based on experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Junior Java Developer who is passionate about coding, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us. You’ll be working alongside senior developers on high-performance backend applications and regional projects, while sharpening your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Support the team with debugging, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop unit tests to maintain code quality.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency and meet business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in Java and familiarity with frameworks (Spring, Hibernate/MyBatis).
- Basic knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with databases (SQL) and version control (Git).
- Bonus: Certifications in Java, Cloud Computing or experience with JUnit.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to feedback.
