DESIGNATION : Java Developer - CA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project execution and ensure successful delivery.
- Lead and connect the team to resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Identify technical or business gaps and propose practical, innovative solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery cycle — from planning, development, and testing to deployment.
- Provide production support and monitor system stability.
- Gather and translate business requirements into elegant, functional technical solutions.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Contribute to project timelines and sprint planning in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Research and implement modern technologies to enhance project value and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Science/IT or Business fields)
- Min 5 years in server-side programming with Java/Java EE and Spring Boot.
- Strong SQL and database design skills.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure setup and DevOps (CI/CD) processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and environment setup.
- Skilled in microservices architecture and containerized applications.
- Familiar with web application servers (IBM WebSphere, JBoss EAP).
- Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs integration and development.
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) is an advantage.
- Understanding of application security and penetration testing
- Familiar with SDLC best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Comfortable with collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
