Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills or 1–3 years working experience in similar roles.

Technical Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Power Apps).
- Basic understanding of databases or data management (e.g., Excel, Power BI is a plus).
Soft Skills:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to work with non-technical users.
- Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful in learning and applying digital tools.
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Process Automation & Workflow Improvement
- Analyze existing manual processes and propose digital automation solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using tools like:
o Microsoft Power Automate (Flow)
o SharePoint workflows
o Microsoft Forms, Power Apps
- Collaborate with process owners to identify automation opportunities.
2. Microsoft 365 Administration & Support
- Provide technical support and training for Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Troubleshoot user issues related to Microsoft 365 usage and configurations.
- Support integration of Microsoft 365 tools with internal systems.
3. System Support & Data Management
- Assist departments in using internal systems efficiently (e.g., HR, procurement, finance systems).
- Support simple system configurations, user access, and data flow between systems.
- Maintain documentation and SOPs for internal digital tools and processes.
4. User Training & Change Support
- Conduct short training, demos, or user guides to improve user adoption of tools.
- Act as a go-to-person for internal users needing help with productivity tools and automations.
5. Continuous Improvement & Monitoring
- Monitor automation workflows to ensure they function correctly.
- Recommend improvements to internal tools or propose new digital solutions for recurring problems.
