Position: IT Support Specialist

What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
Provide remote & onsite support for end-users
Assist in IT security, system maintenance & user training
Support IT asset tracking and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science or related fields
Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude
Basic knowledge in Windows, networking & Microsoft 365
Good communication skills in English & Malay (Mandarin is a bonus!)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
