Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite support for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows systems, network connectivity, and email services
- Assist in IT security maintenance, backups, and system updates
- Track and manage IT assets and documentation
- Deliver user support with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge in Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
