Responsibilities
To involve in the sales and computer software/hardware troubleshooting and assemble.
Adequate internal/external trainings as well as guidance will be provided
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,printers and scanners.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and networking problems.
Provide customer support and technical issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure problem is completely resolved.
Provide product and system wide knowledge.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Alam Sentral Shah Alam.
Must driving license.
