Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager to lead and execute key projects across our cloud kitchen operations. The role requires a high level of cross-functional coordination, technology implementation, and outlet launch execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for new cloud kitchen launches, renovations, or tech rollouts.
- Oversee coordination between departments: operations, kitchen, supply chain, marketing, and tech.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met within scope.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for fit-outs, kitchen equipment, and tech installations.
- Implement and track SOPs and operational workflows to ensure standardization across locations.
- Lead onboarding and integration of digital systems (POS, delivery platforms, ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Monitor project risks and troubleshoot roadblocks proactively.
- Report regularly to senior management on project status, outcomes, and improvements.
Who We’re Looking For?
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5 to 12 years of experience in project management, preferably in F&B, cloud kitchens, retail, E-Commerce or hospitality.
- Proven experience managing multi-location rollout projects or kitchen builds.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, supply chain, and digital tools.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
