Position : IT Project Manager
Salary : RM 6,000 – RM 8,000

Job summary
The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects, with a focus on managing initiatives across Malaysia and international locations. Responsible for ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards and aligning with business goals.
Responsibility
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
· Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability to achieve project goals.
· Coordinate with various teams and departments to allocate resources effectively for project execution.
· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and concerns.
· Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets, seeking approval for any adjustments.
· Establish and maintain quality standards for deliverables, conducting reviews and inspections for compliance.
· Manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources, and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
· Manage IT projects that may involve overseas locations, coordinating activities and resources accordingly.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural considerations in international projects.
· Travel overseas as required to oversee activities and support coordination.
· Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and records.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
· Perform any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by Management.
Requirement
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
· Experience working with international teams or managing overseas partnerships is an added advantage.
