Job Description
* Work location: Putrajaya
* Protégé Allowance: MYR2,000.00
* Starting date: IMMEDIATELY
* Job types: Full-time, Contract
Key duties/ responsibilities
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
- In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
- Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Keep record of problems and customers solution
- Follow-up with customers
- Reporting base on projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with honours in Computer Science/ ICT Engineering/ Networking or equivalent
- Good in oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation and customer-facing skills
- Able to execute tasks independently with minimize supervision
- Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline
- Possess own transport (compulsory) as well as must be willing to travel
