Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure performance.
- Provide first-level technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and regularly update IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems.
- Perform regular system backups, virus checks, and security patch installations.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT inventory, system configurations, and support logs.
- Assist in IT asset procurement and liaise with vendors for hardware/software maintenance.
- Support internal IT projects and system upgrades as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or IT operations preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking basics (LAN/WAN), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to be based in Johor Bahru and provide occasional on-site support if required.
