Job Description:
- Managing daily troubleshooting and maintenance of office IT systems, front desk devices, and general office equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Providing technical support for meetings, conferencing systems, and other operational requirements.
- Overseeing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment (switches, routers), and firewalls.
- Supporting the setup and commissioning of low-voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, intercom, and elevator control systems.
- Conducting post-installation testing and inspection of all installed low-voltage equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
- Performing routine maintenance and responding to system faults for both IT and low-voltage systems.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors for seamless implementation and ongoing support.
- Preparing technical reports, maintenance records, and system documentation.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to IT infrastructure and building security systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, Windows OS, networking basics, and peripherals.
- Proficient in the design and implementation of electrical and security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle fast-paced environments.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin*required.
- Willing to work in shifts or extended hours during peak operations if needed.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
