Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic IT Executive to oversee and enhance our organization's technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong interest in IT systems and technology solutions. As an IT Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting IT operations, ensuring that computer systems, networks, and software perform optimally.

Key Responsibilities:
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure seamless business operations.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Provide high-level technical support to internal users, quickly resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
-User Account & Access Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to IT systems, ensuring secure and efficient workflows for all staff.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, assets, and network infrastructure. Generate reports to track performance metrics and system health.
- Training & Support: Provide training to staff on the use of IT systems and best practices. Develop user manuals and technical guides for internal use.
- Vendor & Third-Party Collaboration: Coordinate with external vendors and technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues and optimize IT solutions.
- Onboarding IT Setup: Support the onboarding process by preparing workstations, software access, and providing IT assistance to new hires.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Fresh graduates with a degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Experience: While prior experience is not required, any internship or practical exposure to IT systems or projects is a plus.
