Job Description :
o Provide ongoing support for network configurations, firewalls, and data protection measures.
o Offer expert support for enterprise software, POS systems, and other business applications.
o Manage and ensure data integrity across systems including POS, Warehouse, and Accounting ERP System such as support data extraction, reporting, and integration for business decision-making.
o Plan, lead, and execute IT projects, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.
o Ensure network security by implementing best practices and monitoring for potential threats.
o Provide comprehensive IT support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
o Ensure minimal downtime by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
o Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance.
o Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades for servers, networks, and other critical systems.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives.
o Maintain system documentation and provide user training as needed.
Requirement :
o A Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
o 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the F&B or Retail industry.
o Proficiency in Network Management, POS System, IT Support, and Data Management.
o Proficiency in VBA function in Microsoft Excel.
o Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
o Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects and meet established deadlines.
o Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license.
o Proficient in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
