DESIGNATION : IT Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
In consultation with the DIT, the IT Executive is responsible for the Daily IT support to Users in Malaysia Region, IT operational support, and application support to Office365 and the related productivity application tools that comes with Office365 and also those other applications used in Salvation Army which includes but not limited to, IBM Domino Lotus Notes, TSAMM, Blackbaud, Oracle Fusion, Helpdesk, Asset Management, and among others.
- Infrastructure Management, including but not limited to installation and support of IT hardware (eg. PCs, smart/mobile devices, Internet of Things (IoT) systems, network devices, printers); software (eg. Operating system, MS Office, anti-virus software, e-mail and other tools) and network devices
- Perform User access administration for various enterprise applications
- Manage IT support issue/request or incidents through IT helpdesk portal
- Monitoring of Network security & equipment and perform regular patch updates for software applications and Microsoft operating systems.
- Development of applications using Office365 tools and other 3rd party applications.
- Maintain inventory of network equipment, computers, IT devices, software and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and proper technical and system documentation.
- Procurement of IT equipment.
- Conduct end-users IT Training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with THQ IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with THQ IT to manage IT Project implementation
- Provide support to other IT team members across the region as needed
- Undertake other duties or projects as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT networks and systems.
- Working experience with Microsoft Technologies such as Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft collaboration, Teams, file sharing and Microsoft Forms is preferrable.
- Experience in administering network devices (routers, switches, wireless AP controller, firewalls & printers) is preferrable.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good Communication Skills
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Able to travel within Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Myanmar
