Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide first-level support to our customers, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will also be involved in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software, contributing to project deployments and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Analyze user needs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Execute troubleshooting procedures, document incidents, and provide timely updates to users.
- Implement and deploy hardware and software solutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system implementations and upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Provide technical documentation such as incident reports and monthly reports based on project SLA requirements.
- Ability to provide on site support when required
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), servers, workstations, and networking concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Knowledge in media streaming workflow such live streaming and content asset management is a plus.
Bonus Requirements:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
