The IT Executive is responsible to monitor and providing support for information technology infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, applications software, and networks. Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned by Support Senior / IT Manager / Hotel Manager / CEO for any IT operations requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Implementing new technology solutions to meet and enhance departmental needs.
· Providing support for information technology infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, applications software, and networks
· Managing the computer operations of an organization by providing help desk services to employees who have problems with their computers or other technology devices.
· Coordinating with external vendors who provide maintenance and support services for hardware or software applications.
· Providing technical support for computer networks and performing tasks such as software installation, virus removal, and backup recovery.
· Planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s computer network by designing and testing new systems, upgrading existing ones, and troubleshooting problems.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
