IT Business Analyst

Position:

Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
• Able to effectively produce controlled documentation such as Business Requirement Specification, User Acceptance Test and Configuration Documents.
• Define and elaborate system requirements by clients using process flows and database diagramming.
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative process flow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Ensures operation by training client personnel.
• Provides reference by writing User manual documentation.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• With in-depth product knowledge of at least one Microsoft solutions. (eg: .NET, C#, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office365). Any mobile application experience is an added advantage.

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Sharepoint
• Required Knowledge on .NET, C#, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office365
• Basic knowledge on Mobile Development – Angular, Ionic and Xamarin will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
