Corporate Finance & Accounting Intern
- Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and/or macroeconomic trends.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (e.g., DCF, LBO, comparable analysis) to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including company filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs), earnings calls, industry reports, and expert networks.
- Prepare and present investment memos, research reports, and presentations to the investment team.
- Monitor existing portfolio positions and track key performance indicators.
- Assist senior analysts with ad-hoc research projects and data requests.
- Participate in team meetings, investment committee discussions, and company management calls.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Expected graduation date between [Month, Year] and [Month, Year] (typically for penultimate year students).
- Demonstrated passion for financial markets and investing.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
