Location: Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Track inventory movements to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Optimize inventory management processes and reduce carrying costs.
- Work closely with operations teams on inventory-related issues and improve processes.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.
- Provide recommendations based on inventory analysis to improve inventory management.
- Prepare inventory and stock reconciliation report for management and clients.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements and skills:
- Possess at least a recognized Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of inventory experience in third party logistics warehouse.
- Advanced level of Ms Excel skills, well verse in warehouse system such as WMS or ERP is a must.
- Strong in inventory analysis and processing.
- Must possess experience in inventory mapping, reconciliation, inventory accuracy and location accuracy.
- Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Language Proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Able to commence work immediately is an added advantage.
