- To provide seamless and customer- focused solutions and inventory accuracy to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Update monthly and weekly reports
- Financial (billing of the operation, monitor deviations & improve reliability, support customer on cost controlling

- Delegation to operations once they are easy-to-play solution
- Follow-up on customer’s ad-hoc requests (data inconsistency, new reports’ needs, spot analysis)
- Take part of the continuous improvement actions, 5S, lean management
- Plan only daily cycle count and yearly stock take
- Do the necessary adjustment, movement & transfer in system timely and validated accordingly.
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Responsible for timely submission of reports and data to customers.
- Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
