Location : Taman Teknologi, Senai
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform daily inventory reconciliation in SAP & WMS systems to ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Support order fulfillment for production, including picking, packing, and timely delivery of materials.
- Receive, unpack, label, and store incoming goods according to company procedures.
- Update all inventory movements in SAP/WMS and ensure records are always up to date.
- Monitor stock levels, highlight shortages, and prepare replenishment requests when needed.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in periodic stock audits.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of materials in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to fulfill material requests.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly inventory reports for management review.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse, or production support preferred.
- Familiar with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
