Duties
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Provide excellent customer support by responding to phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized records and files to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing ideas and solutions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recent graduate.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a clerk or dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.

Pay: RM24.71 - RM29.76 per hour
