Job Description
- Assist the products or manufactured comply with an established quality standard.
- Assist the incoming / in-process / outgoing raw materials and products meet the quality requirements and inspected within the specific timeframe
- Assist all testing results is within the specification
- Working interactively with production, customer and external provider to seek for improvement on quality issues and productivity
- Investigate incoming customer complaints and follow up the customer complaints timely reply by concerned department.
- Maintaining the proper recording and documentation
- Following up on the corrective action taken
- Liase with regulatory bodies eg. SIRIM, CIDB, ISO, etc for audit procedures
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of all auditable documented information for the adapted QMS and to comply with with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, cGMP, FDA and MDD guidelines
- Assist QA / QC Manager/Executive and follow other assigned duties as required by his/her superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Science related field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin, optional)
- Preferably specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Possesses knowledge in QA/QC processes and methods.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis.
