Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and marketing support including data entry, filing, and preparing materials.
- Handle invoices, billing, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in coordinating project-related tasks, events, and promotional activities.
- Support in preparing presentation materials, sales kits, and client documentation when required.
- Help maintain reports, trackers, and marketing databases.
- Oversee and monitor the requisition process for office and project-related supplies/services.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Keen interest in marketing, events, and the property development industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; design or social media skills are a bonus.
- Organized, proactive, good communicator, and eager to learn.
- Working location: Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya.
