Job Responsibilities:
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. Creating and editing creative graphics on social media platforms.
- Brainstorms with the team for campaign ideas.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with graphic designing and video editing software
- Duration of the internship program: approximately 3 to 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
