Responsible for back office operations support and promoting quality customer care.
You'll be responsible for:
- To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails.• To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests.• To assist in simple non-financial endorsement.• To assist in e-claim receipt update& register medical claims.• To assist in scanning documents and disposal exercise.• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Secretarial, Commerce or any other relevant field of studies
- Applicant must be willing to work in Penang Branch.• Minimum 3 months’ internship period.• Preferably to commence in August 2025.
- A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
