Responsible for back-office operations support and promoting quality customer care.
You'll be responsible for:
- To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails.• To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests. • To assist in simple non-financial endorsement.• To assist in H claim registration.• To assist in scanned documents disposal exercise.• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any other relevant field of studies• Applicant must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang Branch
- A fast learner, proactive and able to multitask.
