1. Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
2. Recruitment includes screen resumes/application forms, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and manager.
3. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards.
4. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like Medical, Attendance, etc)
5. Assisting in organizing company events.
6. Prepare letters (like Resignation Letter, etc)
7. Handle company interns.
8. Provide administrative support on the soft copy and hard copy by keeping employee records up to date and accurate.
9. Handle HRD Corp by apply and keep track of the status.
10. Answering phone calls and transfer phone calls
11. Any ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor
