Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC):
- Assist in monitoring and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and document findings.
- Support the implementation of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Help investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks.
Research & Development (R&D):
- Assist in product testing and formulation trials.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on new product developments.
- Contribute to recipe standardization and ingredient sourcing.
- Assist in sensory evaluation and feedback documentation.
Training & Development:
- Help in preparing training materials related to quality, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Support the facilitation of training sessions for employees.
- Assist in monitoring employee compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Food Technology, Food science or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
