- Support the execution of the 2025 interim and year-end audit activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Assist in account payable (AP) operations, including three-way matching and performing data entry tasks in the SQL system
- Facilitate the preparation of staff claims, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to review by senior personnel
- Support month-end financial closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the superior as necessary
Job Requirements
- Candidate is currently pursuing at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field
- A minimum internship duration of 6 months (24 weeks) is preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills
- Good interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage
