Job Description:
- To assist in preparation daily accounting works, handling general admin duties.
- To assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
- Maintain proper record keeping, filing, documentation and correspondences.
- To key in supplier invoices, issue payment, issue official receipt and credit note.
- To assist in ad-hoc accounting and/or finance assignments.
General:
Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Job requirements:
- Students pursuing their Bachelor/Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
- Possess good communication (both spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit proactive, initiative, creative and collaborative characters.
- Well spoken and written in English and Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
