Property Management :
- Monitor the physical maintenance and upkeep of the building including regular inspections, and coordinating repairs
Tenant Relations :
- Addressing tenant complaints and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction with building services and facilities
Administration :
- Handle general administrative functions
- To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Construction Management.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication and written skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A team player who can preferably work with minimal supervision.
