JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing daily business activities and administrative tasks.
- Learn to handle general office operations including documentation, data entry, and filing.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Learn to assist in tasks related to HR, accounting, and purchasing processes.
- Perform clerical duties and provide support to ensure smooth workflow within the department.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business administration / HR / Marketing or equivalent.
- Multiple Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
- Required skills: MS Office
- No work experience required.
- A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
