- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
- Sell tickets and handle payments (both cash and digital) accurately
- Record and reconcile daily sales reports
- Provide up-to-date information on ongoing promotions, events, and park attractions
- Coordinate and assist in managing on-site issues or special circumstances as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk area at all times
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable visitor experience
