JOB DESCRIPTION
- Utilize basic numeric, financial, and computer skills to support various administrative functions.
- Assist in maintaining daily operations, including purchasing procedures, receiving and arranging stock, and ensuring proper storage.
- Support daily and monthly stock take procedures to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying documentation.
- Help maintain the company's filing system to ensure organized and accessible records.
- Participate in cross-functional tasks as assigned or requested, contributing to various aspects of the business.
- Engage in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge essential for administrative roles.
- Notwithstanding the above, you shall also be required to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Basic Qualification : Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administrative or related field.

- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
