What will we be expecting you to do?
- Work with team members to identify and engage potential customers to meet monthly sales targets
- Communicate with potential customers, follow up, and close sales through email, text, outbound and inbound calls
- Handle both outbound calls (sales, follow-ups) and inbound calls (customer inquiries/support)
- Document client information including phone number, address, and call history accurately
- Respond professionally to inquiries regarding USA FDA, ISO Process Certification, ISO Product Certification, and ISO Training
- Arrange audit schedule for auditor
Are you the one we are looking for?
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Malay will be an advantage
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Open to constructive feedback and eager to grow and improve
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Able to use basic software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
