What you'll be doing:
- To conduct surprise inventory audits of the Company’s stores, franchise, concess and warehouse as per the audit schedule within the predefined deadline (for example , at least 2-4 times a year per location).
- To check frequently the accounting stock and cash statement of stores, agencies and depots to ensure that all sales remittances, tender sales and credit sales are up-to-date with proper records (such as money on way etc).
- To check that all goods supplied from Distribution Centre, warehouse and goods transferred to and from other shops and depots are booked and updated accordingly(such as goods on way etc).
- To highlight internal control weaknesses (i.e operation efficiency such as storage, safety, assets, documentation compliance, etc).
- To prepare/write up audit findings and analyse audit result, thereafter, recommend for process improvement as and when needed.
- To ensure timely completion of audit reports with proper safe keeping of records.
- Kick off and exit briefing/discussion with appropriate personnel to finalise the result and instant communication to appropriate personnel.
- To report immediately any cases of misappropriation resulting from the store inventory audits to your manager for action and decision.
- To attend inventories at any time and place, with the approval of your immediate supervisor.
- To liaise with government authority ( i.e: police etc) as and when needed and follow up on the outcome.
- To highlight internal control weaknesses with high-risk impact and to carry out investigation/special operational audits when fraud arises.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
