Responsibilities:
1. Run cutoff report for scheduled store on the stocktake day.
2. Verify and ensure accurate and complete of send out report.
3. Draft and send an email report to recipient the ensuring it is sent before 10am.
4. Monitor accuracy of data in portal
5. Verify completeness of submission report from supervisor.
6. Perform top 25 shrinkage items report and upload to portal.
7. Verify ensure the portal email notification had send out successfully.
8. Admin task team claim submission, attendance and hotel booking.
9. Assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Finance / Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or any field.
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
