Job Description:
- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs) in the procurement system
- Prepare and manage administrative documentation related to procurement.
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding and delayed orders
- Follow up with vendors on consignment stock replenishment
- Send and track consignment POs and vendor invoices
- Organize and monitor procurement control files
Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Able to relocate in Melaka

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
